Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility

• The campaign is open to eligible HappyBingo players who complete the required weekly Bingo Fiesta Card tasks.

• Only confirmed qualified participants will receive the 250 game credits and be included in the weekly giveaway draw

• Please note that there is a 10x turnover requirement for the 250 game credit bonus before a withdrawal can be made.

• The 250 game credit bonus will be sent every 8PM Monday: July 6, July 13, July 20 and July 26th (Sunday-final day) also 8PM

One Account Policy

• Each participant may only use one HappyBingo account to join the campaign.

• If a participant is found to have multiple HappyBingo accounts, only one account may be considered eligible for the 250 game credits and giveaway draw.

• The remaining duplicate or related accounts may be disqualified from the campaign.
  HappyBingo reserves the right to determine which account will remain eligible.

• No same IP address or bank account name allowed.

• Players who have multiple or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified from the promotion.

• The Gaming System Administrator (GSA reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time, subject to PAGCOR’s approval.

• The General terms and Conditions of the GSA shall apply.

• All costs and expenses including prizes for this marketing activity or promotion shall be considered as marketing expenses which are solely shouldered by the GSA.
  

Fraud and Disqualification
HappyBingo reserves the right to disqualify any participant or void any reward, giveaway draw entry, or prize if the participant is found to have:

• Used multiple accounts

• Used a shared, borrowed, dummy, or third-party account

• Submitted incorrect or misleading account information

• Used suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Violated the campaign mechanics

• Attempted to manipulate the campaign, eligibility, or giveaway draw process
  

Final Decision

• HappyBingo reserves the right to check all entries, determine eligibility, disqualify invalid participants, and make final decisions regarding rewards, giveaway draw entries, winner selection, and prize awarding.

• All decisions made by HappyBingo regarding this campaign shall be final

Physical prize delivery

• For winners of physical prizes, prize delivery may take up to thirty (30) days after the winner has successfully completed the verification process and submitted all required information.

• Delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier availability, delivery location, courier schedule, and other coordination requirements.

• HappyBingo will coordinate with the verified winner regarding the delivery schedule, required documents, and other claiming details.
